School's out for the Summer and it's time for the ADULTS to Play!
This summer Slam Down series of Boot Camps are sure to bring out your inner CHILD and your inner ATHLETE! Don't worry if that's not your thing, you're in for a great workout and to have a lot of fun!

What you need to know:
Each Boot Camp will be at a different location, so stay tuned for location announcements.

Running is involved. Be prepared to be on the move with only what you need: water bottle and sweat towel!

These events are more enjoyable if you have an intermediate fitness base. We want you to have fun, enjoy and still be pushed.

***Beginners are welcome to check with Lucy or I for other class options to join in on beginner level based activity!***

Water will be available! Please bring your own water bottle for refill!

Snacks and BEER will be provided after each event!
