Tuesday: 6:00am - 7:00pm (last FIT class @ 6:00pm)
Wednesday: 6:00am - 6:00pm (last FIT class @ 5:15pm)
Thursday: 6:00am - 7:00pm (last FIT class @ 6:00)
Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (last FIT class @ 4:00pm)
Saturday: 8:00am - 11:00am (last FIT class @ 10:00am)
CLOSED for lunch daily 12:00-2:00pm

First Timers - On Ramp Schedule

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00a, 11:00a, 3:00p, and 6:00p
These classes are a MUST for learning the fundamental movements.
All new members MUST have a minimum of 6 "First Timers" classes
