Wednesday: 7:00am - 6:00pm (last FIT class @ 5:15pm, YOGA @ 9:00am)
Thursday: 6:00am - 6:00pm (last FIT class @ 5:15pm)
Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm (last FIT class @ 4:00pm)
Saturday: 8:00am - 11:00am (last FIT class @ 10:00am)
CLOSED for lunch daily 12:00-3:00pm

Construction and Holiday Schedule

October 29 - November 3:

Strength Side Closed. Personal Training, Open Gym, and Strength Training will need to happen on the FIT side. Cardio equipment will be in the covered dock area.

November 12 - 16:

FIT Side Closed. No structured WOD's will be posted! There will be daily strength workouts posted, but not individual weights/instruction.

First Timers - On Ramp Schedule

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00a, 11:00a, 3:00p, and 6:00p
These classes are a MUST for learning the fundamental movements.
All new members MUST have a minimum of 6 "First Timers" classes


Monday - Classes begin at 6:00 P.M.
Wednesday - Classes begin at 9:00 A.M.
