The FIT Side - Functional Interval Training Classes

The Strength Side - a traditional style fully equipped gym with everything you need to get the job done, without the buzzer going off. Our equipment includes bands, chains, tires, sleds, specialty bars, and chalk.

Strength Side memberships options:

Strength Side Membership - Unlimited use during normal gym hours

Regular Gym Membership - Strength Side Membership plus access to Function Interval Training (FIT) Classes

Personal Training:

Individual and group sessions for fat loss, toning, general fitness, etc. Available by appointment only.
